• To keep the air good, separate AHUs (Air Handling Units), dehumidification units and dust extraction systems are installed at every section.
• To avoid cross contamination, each processing unit is separated from another. 
• Manufacturing equipment is swabbed to check for contaminants and to ensure cleanliness an ATP (adenosine triphosphate) sampler test allows to screen for allergens, if any.
• Our hygiene program covers regulations for all workers that come in contact with materials or equipment used in manufacturing and all the machines are sufficiently sanitized or sterlized as per the protocol.
• Epoxy flooring, Air Conditioning and Health Shield Indoor Anti Bacterial paint take care of the hygiene part, besides the 1,00,000 (HEPA filters). 
• Every processing unit, filling room has different man and material entry besides the installed air locks. 

• To secure complete safety, CCTV cameras have been installed place to place at the manufacturing unit.
• Asli premises has its own Demineralization Water Treatment plant (DM).
• Smoke Alarms, Fire Alarms and Extinguishers have been instituted at the Asli Ayurveda’s manufacturing site.
• Zero-discharge Effluent Treatment Plant is positioned within the Asli Ayurveda manufacturing campus.

All the raw materials are properly received, stored, sampled and tested before being used in production. There is a temperature control warehouse for closed raw materials and another for open raw materials. Manufacturing is based on first reached – first used basis.

All finished products are sent to certified laboratories for testing. Samples from all production lots are secured, in case quality checks is ever required. All quality documentation and records are signed, dated and kept secure for the period of time required by regulations.

WE ABSTAIN FROM TESTING ON ANIMALS. 

The electronic weighing system at our manufacturing units guarantees absolute accuracy : if we do not dose an amount within the tolerance limits provided, the balance does not follow weighing.

The Asli products are encased in bottles, cartons and jars which aid in keeping the nutrient component intact sans any harm. Assuring a robust yet chic packaging, we are open to designing and customizing the shell labels as per your requirement.
